Once more it is time for my monthly roundup of the entries into the Perfecting Patisserie link and blogging challenge. The patisserie-inspired creations always make me feel hungry, this is not good for my healthy eating plan! 😉 Read on for the October entries.
Milk chocolate tart from Curly’s Cooking has a rich and creamy filling – delectable!
Oaty millionaire’s shortbread chocolate tart from Its not easy being greedy is a gorgeous combination of a chocolate tart and millionaire’s shortbread.
Peanut butter and caramel eclairs from Kat The Baking Explorer look perfect to me, I love the decoration and the choux pastry is spot on!
Citrus cotton soft Japanese cheesecake from Lili’s Cakes looks so soft and bouncy, with amazing texture. Must try this!
Raspberry millefeuille from The Baking Explorer, so bright and colourful, and worthy of a GBBO entry I think 🙂
Apple and cinnamon genoise cake from Only Crumbs Remain – Angela’s genoise sponge has a great rise and the flavours are perfect for autumn. What a pretty creation!
Pear and caramel tart from Janice from Farmersgirl Kitchen sounds absolutely delicious, I love the combination of pear and caramel, and the piping is so pretty. Definitely on my list for Christmas baking!
Savoury goat’s cheese macarons with fig, walnut and black sesame from Lili’s Cakes – these savoury macarons include my favourite flavours! I’ve never tried a savoury macaron but I will have to seek one out for sure.
I entered my apple and cinnamon madeleines, full of autumn flavours.
Thank you so much for entering your patisserie bakes into Perfecting Patisserie, I love to see what you make and the recipes inspire me every time! There is so much creativity out there! If you are baking a patisserie recipe this month I look forward to seeing your entries in the November linky here.

These sound so gorgeous! I love looking at patisserie even if I rarely make anything I’d be able to link up here.

Lots of yummy goodness in this month’s roundup. I’ve never tried to make anything this fancy before, perhaps I should give it a go and enter.
